The
Challenge
Aramark
Educational Resources (AER), a leader in early childhood
care and education, has over 700 remote locations that
needed a cost effective method for sharing critical corporate
communiqués, forms, files and documents.
The
Solution
Using
our technology planning process we worked with AER to
rapidly identify key functionality. We then provided rough
estimates to complete the application "from scratch",
allowing AER to compare functionality against available
content management applications. Based on this analysis
AER concluded that a custom application was the best combination
of functionality and cost. We then managed the team that
constructed the AER content management application, delivering
the application on-time and on-budget. Finally, we provided
cross-training to AER technical staff so they were prepared
for ongoing support.
